Executive Resumes Are About Scope, Not Duties
Executive readers assess scope quickly: budget, headcount, geography, function and the decisions you were trusted to make.
Replace responsibility statements with ownership statements. 'Responsible for operations' says little; 'Owned a 40M operations budget across four sites and 220 staff' says a great deal.
Then evidence change. Transformation, turnaround, growth and risk reduction are the categories a board cares about.
Keep it to two pages. Density at this level signals editorial judgement.
