We provide career positioning consulting, including resume and cover letter writing, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, salary negotiation coaching and related advisory services. The specific deliverables, timeline and number of revisions are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Your responsibilities
Accurate, complete and truthful information is required. We write documents that present your genuine experience persuasively; we do not fabricate roles, qualifications, dates or results.
Timely responses to drafts and questionnaires keep the agreed timeline intact.
Revisions
Each engagement includes a defined revision window during which we refine wording, emphasis and formatting. Requests that change the scope, such as targeting a different function or adding new documents, are quoted separately.
Outcomes
We improve how clearly and credibly you are positioned. Hiring decisions rest with employers, so no interview, offer or salary outcome can be guaranteed.
Payment and cancellation
Work begins after payment or an agreed deposit is received. If you cancel before drafting starts, the unused portion of your fee is refundable. Once drafting has begun, fees cover work already completed.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
On full payment, the final documents are yours to use as you wish. Our templates, frameworks and methodology remain ours. Your information is treated confidentially and is never published without written permission.
